Thank you for shopping with Preston Hollow Lash & Brow. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Store credit

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or fulfilled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48–72 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at prestonhollowlash@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • A description of the issue

We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
